For 16 years I have worked as a Psychotherapist bringing high-performance sessions to transform the aspects in your life that require change.  In the sessions you are empowered to find the answers that lie within. I tune into your needs and together we create an action plan built on wisdom that awakens transformation.  My background is in unconscious programs, inner child work, spiritual psychotherapy, body work, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy.  As I am an integrative therapist I draw on several modalities to awaken a higher level of consciousness in you.  I work with Celtic shamanic tools, oracle board readings, tantra methods for energy clearing, whilst drawing on my Living Inquiry methods - body work obtain under Dr. Gabor Mate.

By working with the divine feminine and the energy of Shakti we are able to find deep healing, pleasure and empowerment within all areas of our lives.  As a Tantric Teacher I* guide you through this powerful healing bringing forth your femine power.

 This is a 5,000-year-old tibetan healing that works for 21 days on the chakra system, The energy sessions last up to 1 Hour.  Each day energy rises into the next chakra and repeats for 21 days. A single treatment raises the vibration of the human energy field, to hold more life force energy, and raises it can rebalance the body.

Are packages together we co-create drawing on the psychotherapy, tantra practices, and self-inquiring skills along with energy work, we design a package that up levels you at a deeper level. We determine the goal of your transformation.  These packages can be for 5 weeks or 10 weeks.  You will also  work with journaling and a workbook.
